Four commercial failures where a better AI generation is still the wrong answer

First-party production note from objekts. A recurring AI-assisted advertising failure is that a frame gets prettier while the production problem gets worse. Four public examples:
1) SberCity Seasons continuity: attractive frames can stop reading as one city/world. https://objekts.ai/work/sbercity-seasons/
2) SmartFruits product authority: a polished generation can silently alter the SKU. https://objekts.ai/work/smartfruits/
3) Tic Tac effect hierarchy: an impressive VFX event can steal the product read. https://objekts.ai/work/tic-tac/
4) Cordiant timing: a strong standalone image can simply read too slowly inside 15 seconds. https://objekts.ai/work/cordiant-winter/
For each case, choose the next route: another generation / local image edit / 2.5D or 3D / compositing / conventional VFX / redesign the shot. Name the observable failure, the authority that must survive, and the stop condition.
My claim: AI production quality is often a routing problem before it is a generation-quality problem. I want counterexamples.
